404 filenotfound is a web site devoted to http errors.

It collects real (and manipolated) server error pages ranging from 206 to 513 codes. What it attempts to do is testify and illustrate the "hidden" side of the web. Many of the urls people find and click on in search engines are outdated, moved or mistyped links; the resulting errors are de facto part of the web, a growing, simple yet multifaceted universe of lost information which by itself constitutes another level of information.

404 filenotfound comes from the warped minds at .nezmar., a company which specializes in graphics, web sites and multimediatic productions.

As always in this case 404 filenotfound is a work in progress (we are always looking for new http error pages and you can tip your fave ones writing to 404@olografix.org).
