Fino a pochi anni fa non esistevano i blog, le chat, i forum, i social network e il peer to peer, non esisteva quindi la necessità di pensare a leggi appositamente studiate per la rete.
Controlliamo se le tecnologie citate davvero non esistevano prima di “pochi anni fa”:
- Blog:
